Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis Travel Diary

Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis was the last stop of our cruise. As much as I am trying to refresh my mind from all the places that we've visited in Basseterre, I can't believe how bad I am when it comes to memorizing. All I remember was the beautiful sceneries filled with lush greens and lush ocean blues and the warm, kind and good people. Our tour guide from this trip was truly the most memorable one and inspiring. He encouraged me to keep on taking pictures around every bend while he shares an interesting story. It was such an amazing moment knowing that he values tourism very much.

Where To Go and What To Do:
Black Rocks. Was mesmerized when I saw the rock formations as the ocean kiss them. The sound of the waves clashing to the black rocks and the smell of the ocean breeze was relaxing. These formations were formed when Mount Liamigua erupted. Perfect definition of beautiful chaos.

Carambola Beach. Clean public beach. Enjoyed the sun, sea and sand as it was our last beach trip. Made use of the crystal clear warm waters and took so much underwater photos. It was so much fun.

Jewelry shops at the port. With my mom being a jewelry fanatic, can't help but stop by at the port which is filled with jewelry shops. My brother and I were just outside waiting for them cos we were exhausted. Had to entertain myself so I went to look for my parents, went inside a few jewelry stores, found some interesting pieces and they bought a ring for me. Not much of a jewelry person but at least I have a remembrance from the jewelry shops.
